The following rules are in effect for all promotions and contests on 1340 WBGN.


Unless other arrangements are made, all prizes can be picked up at the WBGN studios located at 1919 Scottsville Road in Bowling Green. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Prizes must be claimed within twenty-one (21) days of winning, and all prizes won are non-transferable.

Unless otherwise specified, you may enter our contests as often as you like, but there can be only one (1) winner per household in a thirty (30) day period.

All entries become the property of WBGN, and all judging decisions are final.

Employees of WBGN or other companies involved in advertising or promotion of the contest, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win in a contest or promotion on WBGN.

Your participation in a promotion or contest constitutes implied consent to use your voice for on-air broadcast.
